Any damages will be paid at checkout. Payment for any damage will be made on the day of the checkout, under penalty of a 100% fine on the amount calculated, in addition to costs of attorney and notary prostitution for the purpose of negativity in all credit agencies.

An additional fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged per guest exceeding the limit of 10 people. This value is negotiable with the host. Under no circumstances will the presence of more than 16 people be admitted to the property.
